Tatiana qualified as a lawyer in Siberia and has requalified in Australia. Tatiana joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in July 2006. Tatiana’s practice is focused on commercial transactions and corporate advisory, principally in the technology field, including:
- shareholders arrangements and strategic alliances;
- capital raisings, including IPOs;
- corporate restructures, share buy-backs;
- corporate governance, directors duties and continuous disclosure obligations.
Over the last six years Tatiana has performed significant transactional work for, and provided corporate advice on an ongoing basis to, a number of listed and unlisted companies.
Tatiana graduated from UNSW in 2000 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She also holds Bachelor of Laws degree from Irkutsk State University (Russia) and Master of Laws in Media, Communications and Information Technology Law degree from UNSW.
Tatiana has been the company secretary of Blue Ensign Technologies Limited since July 2006.
