We generally charge on a time basis. Our hourly rates (charged in 5 minute units) are in the range $220 - $450 plus GST depending on the lawyer involved.
The client is also responsible for our out of pocket expenses, which we will incur as the client’s agent.
Billing arrangements
Accounts will be sent as the matter progresses, and are payable within 30 days of being sent.
